At Forrester, she led the healthcare research and advisory practice, shaping strategy for hundreds of U.S. and international healthcare technology companies, Fortune 100 payers, investors, and public-sector leaders navigating shifts in healthcare delivery and technology. A former Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Medical Service Corps, Natalie led national officer accession, public health, and force health protection initiatives for the Navy and Marine Corps and later deployed with the CDC’s Community Interventions and Critical Populations Task Force during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping modernize the National Wastewater Surveillance System. She holds a Master of Public Health from New York Medical College and is a member of Delta Omega, the national public health honor society.
