Jay is the President and CEO of Reveleer, a leading innovator of SaaS platform solutions for clinical data collection and analytics. In his role, he is responsible for scaling operations, accelerating business growth and fostering product innovation to propel the Company’s impact in the healthcare industry for health plans, providers and healthcare professionals.
He is a seasoned software and services executive with over 25 years of experience in various leadership capacities, including his most recent position as Chief Revenue Officer at Guidance Software, a publicly traded software security company. Prior to this, Jay served as the Worldwide Head of Sales & Customer Success at ServiceSource, where he enjoyed a successful 9-year career as the company expanded globally and grew revenue from $25m to $265m. He was also the President & CEO of WNS North America. WNS, a well-regarded business process outsourcing organization, evolved out of British Airways and grew rapidly as a commercially focused organization.
Jay holds his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business along with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Connecticut College. Jay is proud to serve on the Board of Trustees at Lawrence Academy, a college preparatory school he attended in Massachusetts. Jay resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two boys and can often be found on the weekend coaching or cheering on his boys.
Ryan comes to Reveleer as SVP, Strategy & Growth and is tasked with leading the company's go-to market strategy. Throughout his thirteen years in business development, Ryan has demonstrated success at growing new territories and markets and launching innovative services across several industries.
Most recently, Ryan was Vice President, Business Development for Advantmed (formerly RecordFlow) and helped them exponentially grow their nationwide footprint of assisting MCOs with their Risk Adjustment and Quality Improvement needs. Prior success also includes assisting boutique culinary services, CulinArt (acquired by Compass Group USA) expand to the West Coast.
Ryan’s education includes an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire and a BA, English from Kent State University. And though he occupies most of his time in various airports across the country, Ryan prefers to spend his free time in Orange County, CA where he enjoys reading, running and being outdoors.
Alexander Kapur is Reveleer’s Vice President of Operations, driving smart policy, process, and technology into Reveleer platform services and corporate infrastructure. His remit spans data loading, chart retrieval, document review/QA, clinical review services, and operational analytics.
Before joining Reveleer, Alexander led operations for SafeRide Health, a technology-enabled health services company delivering critical medical transportation and access to care. There he built the firm’s compliance program, launched member services for Medicare Advantage plans, and scaled the firm’s national network of ambulance and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) partners. Prior to SafeRide, Alexander founded a Smart City data analytics company, Tolemi, which empowered state and local governments with data tools to address housing and urban development program evaluation and performance measurement.
Alexander’s 15-year career has centered on designing and deploying data-centric solutions for complex governance, policy, and regulatory program development as well as performance management. He is a Lecturer of technology and policy for UCLA, and he has a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University and a BA in Communications and Commerce from the University of Pennsylvania. Alexander is an East Coast native, spent time as an ex-pat, and is now enjoying Los Angeles’ outdoors as a mountaineer and sailing crew.
Mohamed Hachicha is a dynamic finance executive who works with startups and growing businesses to help set right foundations for sustained growth, value creation, and to address their capital needs.
Mohamed started his career on Wall Street as a financial analyst, corporate controller, and VP of Finance for a leading software provider. He led the day-to-day financial operations, audit preparation, audit management, and all FP&A. Additionally, he participated in raising over $50M in equity and structured debt, as well as, the acquisition and integration of three fin-tech companies. After 10 years in New York, Mohamed joined an investment fund based in Warsaw, Poland as a Managing Director, leading the funds efforts into diversifying their portfolio investments abroad and managing the financial operations of several portfolio companies. In this capacity, Mohamed worked on several deals in Europe, Africa and the U.S. and, as a result, has acquired extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the venture capital world, including the due diligence process around it.
Mohamed holds a BBA in Finance from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. He has been recognized for seven consecutive years on the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest growing businesses in the U.S. Mohamed now lives in Los Angeles and enjoys watching sports, riding his motorcycle, and traveling around the world.
Jason is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience building large-scale, mission critical software applications.
Prior to joining Reveleer, Jason was the Vice President of Application Development and Support at Public Storage, the largest self-storage company in the world, leading the technology efforts across consumer, retail, and call center customer channels. Jason also spent 11 years at FOX Broadcasting Company directing the software development efforts including production broadcast software, media content systems, and web development. Jason started his career as one of the first engineers at Realtor.com.
Jason holds his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management along with a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics also from UCLA. Born and raised in California, he currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two kids.
Rita Young, RN, BSN, CRNC has worked in Managed Care for over 25 years and has extensive knowledge in project management, chart retrieval, documentation management, clinical abstraction and risk adjustment coding. She is leading Reveleer activities as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Innovation. Rita joins us from nearly 15 years with Altegra Health and Outcomes Health Information Solutions, building one of the largest scale, quality operations in the business where she served as the Chief Operating Officer for Chart Retrieval and Clinical Review Services. Rita and her team were responsible for all chart retrieval and clinical review in both the US and Offshore.
Rita is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Prior to entering the business arena, Rita was a trauma nurse for nearly 15 years. She is from
Laura Little is an experienced healthcare IT strategist, whose expertise is helping scaling technology companies explore, evaluate, and execute on high growth opportunities.
Prior to joining Reveleer, Laura helped scale the growth operations of telehealth industry leader Amwell. As Director of Corporate Development, she created, led, and closed strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions within Amwell, including the acquisition of Avizia. Additional responsibilities included directing strategic business planning and international expansion efforts, raising capital, and articulating Amwell’s story and value proposition to Fortune 500 executives, politicians, and other external stakeholders. In addition to her time at Amwell, Laura has five years of venture capital and private equity investment and portfolio management experience, and has worked on engagements for Medtronic, value-based healthcare intelligence leader Leavitt Partners, and other health tech companies.
Laura holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and English from Dartmouth College. In her spare time, Laura enjoys trail running, road and mountain biking, and back country skiing, and she is thrilled to be in California with Reveleer after 15 years in New England.
Claudia Gallardo is the Vice President of Marketing for Reveleer. Throughout her marketing career, Claudia has developed go-to-market strategies and marketing practices for technology companies that are bringing new products to the market, launching new initiatives, or preparing for a funding or acquisition event.
Most recently Claudia was the Director of Marketing for Ciox Health, where she was responsible for marketing strategy for the Payer business in the areas of Risk Adjustment, Quality, Population Health and Payment Integrity. In addition, she was responsible for the go-to-market strategy for the data acquisition business serving the Life Sciences, Life and Legal market. Prior to Ciox Health, Claudia was responsible for the total rebrand and relaunch of Episource, a healthcare technology and services company serving health plans and medical groups.
Claudia earned a BA in Communications and Marketing from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico, and she is passionate about bringing simplicity and human-centric design to the business of healthcare.
Mike Curran has worked in Managed Care for 25 years and brings extensive management and operations experience to Health Data Vision, Inc., as well as proven ability to build high performing, results-focused teams. Mike joined Reveleer in 2013 with responsibility for operations. As he became increasingly involved in business development, he saw a need for dedicated leadership to drive Quality/HEDIS® initiatives, working with health plans to achieve measurable improvements in metrics, such as Star Ratings.
Prior to joining Reveleer, he came from United Healthcare where he was the National Director for Clinical Performance Improvement, and built a national HEDIS® reporting and improvement program that served all UHC markets.
Before UHC, Mike was the Director of Policy with NCQA where he was actively involved in measure specification development and provided consultative support to the Audit and Software licensure programs at NCQA.
Mike is a graduate of St. Anselm College where he earned a degree in Politics and Boston University where he earned his Master of Public Health degree.
Ryan has worked for over twenty years in the healthcare industry with his experience spanning the areas of claims processing, cost containment, quality measures, and risk adjustment. Most recently, he worked with Nexidia, a NICE Analytics Company, as a Solutions Architect leading several large customer integrations on to their analytics platform.
As Director of Data Management with Altegra Health (formerly Outcomes Health Information Solutions) Ryan directed efforts that provided overall improvements with data management processes and customer integrations for HEDIS® and Risk Adjustment coding projects.
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Ryan obtained his B.S. from Georgia State University and still lives in Atlanta.
