Milton Silva-Craig
Silva-Craig brings 30+ years of demonstrated expertise in building inclusive, engaged and high-performance teams that have grown and scaled businesses in various fields of healthcare IT, including medical imaging, revenue cycle management and clinical data management.
Personally and professionally committed to leveraging technology and data to innovate in the field of healthcare, he recently stepped down as CEO of Q-Centrix after its sale to MRO, a Parthenon Capital owned business. He was the CEO of Q-Centrix for 11+ years leading it through a 14-fold increase in revenue and 16-fold increase in EBITDA over his tenure with two separate PE partners, Sterling Partners and TPG Growth, respectively. Prior to Q-Centrix, Milton served as president of TransUnion’s healthcare business unit leading the company through a significant eightfold market expansion. He also served as the president and chief operating officer at Emageon Inc. guiding the company’s strategic direction and operations resulting in a successful initial public offering (NASDAQ: EMAG). Before that, he held executive positions at General Electric Medical Systems.
Milton has been a member on a number of public and private company Boards, serving on all Committees, including Chairing Compensation Committees in both public and public capital structures. Milton earned a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in Madison and obtained his M.B.A. and B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
