Michael McNamara
Michael McNamara is VP of Data Strategy at Reveleer, where he architects the AI-driven data pipelines and analytics infrastructure that power the company's end-to-end value-based care platform. His work spans chart retrieval, audits, medical coding, and HEDIS quality initiatives, with a particular focus on building the unified data architecture that connects Reveleer's products into a single, seamless ecosystem for health plans.
Michael brings over a decade of healthcare analytics experience. Prior to Reveleer, he was on the predictive analytics team at Molina Healthcare, where he developed suspecting algorithms, member health profiles and ROI optimization models to improve prospective targeting across Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA programs. He also held risk adjustment and analytics roles at PacificSource Health Plans and Moda Health. He began his career as a Research Analyst in oncology drug development at Providence Cancer Center after earning his Ph.D. in Biomedical Science from Oregon State University.
Michael lives in Ashland, Oregon with his wife, daughter, and a full house of pets. Outside of work, he can be found exploring the outdoors, practicing yoga, or competing on the pickleball court.
